FAQ's
• My company has a logo,
how do you get that on a shirt?
All we need is a j-peg, bit-map or other Microsoft
friendly image. From there we can re-create the logo
into an embroidery file to use in our embroidery
machines. This process is called “digitizing”.
• If I have my logo as a
jpeg, can you use that to make my shirts?
A j-peg file is fine to create an embroidery file
however, for screen-printing, vector art is
required. Vector art such as adobe illustrator or
corel allows for colour separation, a requirement
for screen-printing or “silk screening”. If vector
art is not available, we can assist you in this
process.
• Am I better to bring you
the clothing I want embroidered or can you get it?
Part of our service is the sourcing of product. Just
let us know what your looking for and we can come
back to you with options based on volume and price
point.
• What kind of clothing
looks the best when embroidered?
Solid colour clothing, when embroidered, looks best.
When the item being embroidered has a pattern,
fabric variations or colour variations, sometimes
the embroidery is lost, especially if the embroidery
is just text with no fill areas.
• Is there a minimum number
of items to be embroidered at one time?
Our minimum order for any particular product is 10
units.
• Can you get uniforms for
my employees?
Yes, we have access to suppliers who specialize in
this area.
• I am in Toronto, can you
send my product my courier?
Absolutely! We have access to all major courier
companies such as UPS, Fed-Ex, Canpar and Purolator.
• How do you expect
payment?
Until our new customers are established, we expect
payment upon pick up and/or delivery. Established
customers do have negotiated payment terms. We only
except cheques.
