1. Embroidered Products
Embroidery represents, “Professional and/or Personal Identity”. Whether it is identifying a business, a team, an association or family and friends; embroidery creates a connection with one or more of these entities. At Cinmar, quality embroidery is the norm. Our embroidery is done “in-house” using state of the art TAJIMA embroidery machines. Cinmar also uses a durable polyester thread from Ackermann, providing minimal colour fading over time and a wide range of colour possibilities.

2. Tackle Twill
The lettering and numbering you often see on team jerseys or jackets is tackle twill. They are letters or numbers available in various fonts and styles cut out from twill material and embroidered using “zigzag” stitching. It can create large and fun designs on it’s own or be combined with other embroidery.

3. Design Creation/Digitizing
From the re-creation of specific logos to embroidering simple words and numbers, Cinmar will assist you in re-producing exactly what you want in embroidery. Our embroidery software allows us to edit existing embroidery files and, using a variety of fonts and letter shape/size variations, we can create an endless number of word styles.

Specific designs are re-produced by a professional digitizer. All we require is a j-peg, bit-map, or other image file (high resolution or vector art is not necessary).

4. Screen Printing
Screen-printing is a great option for clothing and other items, especially if the graphic required is large. Like embroidery, quality screening is important to us and we work with a skilled and experienced screener. Unlike embroidery, high-resolution vector artwork is required. If vector art is not attainable, Cinmar can re-produce the necessary artwork at an additional cost.

5. Product Sourcing
Cinmar has an established stable of product suppliers for embroidery and screen-printing. Golf shirts, training suits, robes, caps, bags, jackets, towels, blankets, travel cases, golf towels, aprons, toques, among many other products can be sourced and embroidered/screen printed.
